The South Bank Parklands are on the southern side of the Brisbane River, at South Bank, opposite the City. The parklands contain a combination of rainforest, water, grassed regions and cutting edge courts. Nearby highlights include the brookfront footpath, the Grand Arbor, Wheel of Brisbane, the Courier Mail Piazza, the Nepal Peace Pagoda, the Streets Beach.
